Financial Policy

New Patients-

Payment is due in full when booking a New Patient appointment online. The credit card used will be saved in your account and CAN be used as payment for future appointments. Only the New Patient appointment requires full payment at time of booking. Once you are established as a patient, follow up appointments do not require payment when booking online.

Other accepted forms of payment include: credit card, cash, check, Venmo and Cash App.


Cancellation Policy

Patients can cancel or reschedule their appointment at any time online, as long as they provide 24 hours notice. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or fail to show up, you will be charged for the appointment. If you have any trouble signing into your account to manage your appointment, please feel free to text Dr. Robin at (267) 225-0821.


Insurance Policy

In an effort to provide the best and most effective patient care, The Chiropractic Studio does not accept health insurance as a primary form of payment. Invoices and other documentation for patient filed insurance reimbursement claims are available upon request.
